Yep reality star Evelyn Lozada must be entitled to special privileges! Recently, it was reported that Evelyn Lozada is suing MTO claiming they put out false information about her.
Previously, it was said in early September that Evelyn Lozada was cheating on her now ex Chad Ochocinco, with his friend Terrell Owens. MTO also accused the Basketball Wives star of quitting the show because she was pregnant!
Evelyn Lozada has denied the published rumors against her. In recent court records filed by Evelyn Lozada it states that she suffered from reputational and professional damage. She said she feels the false rumors have done harm to her name and caused severe emotional distress.
First of all, if every celebrity or reality star sues a social site for rumors that they say are false, the courts will be overflowing with defamation cases. Evelyn Lozada fails to realize she is a public figure rather she admits it or not. You can’t be in the limelight and expect to have a private life. What does Terrell Owens have to say about this?
Evelyn Lozada is asking for $15,000 in damages and lawyer and court fees. Now that the BW star has left her life in Miami she’s in need of some income so why not sue a blogging site, that’s an easy way to make money! Way to stick it to that nasty blog Evelyn Lozada!!!!
