Pro chef Chris Cheung from East Wind Snack Shop and home cook Emily are swapping materials and hoping for the best! We set Emily up with a selection of the finest ingredients from chef Chris’s kitchen, along with his recipe for a $135 batch of dumplings. With some unfamiliar ingredients and plenty of questions to accompany them, food scientist Rose dialed in for a tutorial teleconference to help Emily along the way.
