Getmybuzzup: Tell us a little about yourself?

Alex White: I started my career at the very young age of 15, with the boyband “4U.” After 2 years of hard working, we received our first record deal. But unfortunately 1 year later the group split up. So I decided to go solo. And today I’m working as singer / songwriter and music producer.

 

Getmybuzzup: How long have you been in the music industry?

Alex White: 20 Years

 

Getmybuzzup: How did you get started in the first place?

Alex White: I started singing in a Gospel Choir.

 

Getmybuzzup: How would you describe your sound?

Alex White: It’s a mix between Pop and Rnb.

Getmybuzzup: Who are your inspirations in the music industry?

Alex White: Denniz Pop and Rodney Jerkins (Darkchild).

 

Getmybuzzup: How do you go about writing a song and what is your process?

Alex White: Well it’s always different, sometimes It starts with the lyrics and then the music, and sometimes it starts with the music and then I add the lyrics.

 

Getmybuzzup: What are you currently working on?

Alex White: I’m currently working on my first solo album.

 

Getmybuzzup: What is the concept behind your latest project?

Alex White: In my latest song, im singing about, that im not sure if I love this girl, or the other one. So it’s all about making the right decisions.

 

Getmybuzzup: Any plans on touring to promote your latest project?

Alex White: Right now I’m more focused, to finished the album.

 

Getmybuzzup: What did you buy with your first check off music?

Alex White: Headphones

 

Getmybuzzup: What are must haves when your in the studio working?

Alex White: Candys😊

 

Getmybuzzup: What is the best piece of advice in this business you actually followed?

Alex White: Don’t think, just do it!

 

Getmybuzzup: Will you be collaborating with any other artists on this project or in the future?

Alex White: Yes in the future they will be some collaboration with other artists.

 

Getmybuzzup: Do you think your music is mostly enjoyed more for the beats or for the lyrical flow and content?

Alex White: The fans decide, what they enjoyed the most.

 

Getmybuzzup: What area do you need to improve on in regards to your career? (Example: Better production, Delivery, Stage presence, etc..)

Alex White: To build the perfect team.

 

Getmybuzzup: What’s your all-time favorite song?

Alex White: Michael Jackson – Smooth Criminal

 

Getmybuzzup: In your opinion who is the most influential and successful artist in your genre today and why?

Alex White: For me personal is Bruno Mars, because he doesn’t follow a trend.

 

Getmybuzzup: Who have been some of your favorite artists that you’ve been able to work with?

Alex White: Armin Sabol in the early 80’s he produced the worldwide hit Peter Schilling’s “Major Tom” he taught me a lot about producing music.

 

Getmybuzzup: How do you feel about the current state of music?

Alex White: It’s very good, that today every kind of music style is allowed.

 

Getmybuzzup: Any dream award shows you hope to one day play at?

Alex White: MTV Music Awards

 

Getmybuzzup: What is your main goal as far as music?

Alex White: Bringing people together.

 

Getmybuzzup: Who would you say your music relates to the most?

Alex White: To everything that happened in the World.

 

Getmybuzzup: What separates you from other artists? (What’s makes you different?)

Alex White: I do everything on my own, from songwriting, producing and planning.

 

Getmybuzzup: When your not in the studio, What do you like to do for fun and relaxation?

Alex White: Well spending time with Friends and Family.

 

Getmybuzzup: If you could work with any producer who would it be?

Alex White: Rodney Jerkins (Darkchild)

 

Getmybuzzup: What’s the biggest highlight of your career thus far?

Alex White: Working with artist together, who I grow up to!

 

Getmybuzzup: What is your dream venue to perform at?

Alex White: At New York’s Times Square

 

Getmybuzzup: What artist music are you currently a fan of?

Alex White: Michael Jackson

 

Getmybuzzup: When performing live what are some of the things you do to get the crowd involved?

Alex White: I Love to make them sing the song with me together.

 

Getmybuzzup: When performing and the crowd is singing along how does that energy make you feel?

Alex White: It’s indescribably!

Alex White: More songs, more videos and many many more..
