Johnny Depp’s legal team cross-examined Amber Heard over a visit she had with James Franco the night before she filed for divorce. Elevator footage from that day played in court showed Franco and Heard heading up to the penthouse shortly before 11 p.m. Heard confirmed that she and Franco were going to her penthouse, but said she wasn’t aware if she knew at the time that Depp was out of town. In her team’s redirect, Amber testified that she and Franco were friends and neighbors.
