  1. Says just breadcrumbs and cheese, then see green flecks when they coat……why not tell us all the ingredients?

  2. Those are the inner petals, the delicate and edible leaves attached to the heart. I hope somebody doesn't actually use the outer petals of the artichoke as they are not edible.
