Biden turns focus away from Middle East and toward China, Russia

President Biden announced this week he plans to pull all U.S. military troops from Afghanistan by September 11, 2021, a move that will bring an end to America’s longest war. The Biden administration wants to turn its foreign policy focus away from the Middle East and redeploy those resources toward countering China and Russia. Christina Ruffini has the details.
