Global fashion publisher i-D has unveiled Cardi B as the latest cover star for their Spring 2018 issue. The Radical Issue is a celebration of the visionaries changing culture from the inside out.

The lovable Bronx rapper, Cardi B, is the latest Spring 2018 cover star for i-D, shot by photographer Oliver Hadlee Pearch. In a new interview with Hattie Collins, the breakout star of 2017 discusses the importance of feminism, her first lap dance and riding a white horse through Manhattan.

“Being a feminist is real simple; it’s that a woman can do things the same as a man. I can finesse. I can hustle. We have the same freedom. I was in top of the charts. I’m a woman and I did that.” – Cardi B

Titled The Radical Issue, i-D’s Spring 2018 issue is guest edited by fashion critic Charlie Porter and celebrates the fascinating faces – old and young, familiar and new, and all visionary – who are at the frontlines of changing culture for the better.
