Cate Blanchett, who recently starred in Hulu’s “Mrs. America” as Phyllis Schlafly, admits she’s always identified as a feminist in Variety’s 2020 Power of Women issue — even as the movement has been tried over time with opposing views. She debunks the idea that being a feminist means to be “anti-family” and, instead, inserts the belief that being a feminist means to stand for equality.
