Catwalks & Courvoisier [Drink Recipe]

During NYFW, Harlem’s Fashion Row hosted its Inaugural Black-Tie Fashion Show and Style Awards, powered by NIKE and Courvoisier.  Founded in 2007 by Brandice Daniel, the organization gives underrepresented Black designers a platform to display their work in front of a large audience.

As part of the event, Bozoma Saint John and Courvoisier Influencer, Livelle Collins delivered a toast to the night’s honorees – Lebron James, Jason Rembert and Dapper Dan.

2 parts Courvoisier® VSOP Cognac

1 part lemon juice

¾ parts sugar

½ parts champagne

Method: Combine first three ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute or coupe. Top with chilled champagne.
