NAACP Image Awards Entertainer of the Year DJ D-Nice discussed what inspired him to entertain millions from his home during the pandemic.
“Being home alone sitting there just feeling a bit sad, a bit depressed because I realized what was happening… I woke up that morning and opened my laptop up and just wanted to feel connected to people. It wasn’t even about DJ-ing it was just me wanting to play music and share stories with people. And it turned into what it did in a week, it’s still kind of insane.”
