The family of Scott Lisinicchia, the limousine driver who died along with 19 others in the horrific crash in Schoharie, New York, has issued a statement blaming the limo company. The family claims he was “provided with a vehicle that was neither roadworthy nor safe for any of its occupants.” Police say Lisinicchia didn’t have a license to drive the limo. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
