Ex-girlfriend of Derrick Rose speaks out after filing $21.5m suit

The former girlfriend of Derrick Rose, who has filed a $21.5million lawsuit against the NBA star alleging that he and two of his friends drugged her and then broke into her apartment to gang rape her, is speaking out in a new interview.

The 30-year-old woman, who is a currently a college student, described the scene when she woke up the morning after the alleged sexual assault, which occurred on August 27, 2013 after a night spent at Rose’s Beverly Hills home with the basketball player and his friends Randall Hampton and Ryan Allen.

‘As soon as I woke up, I was dressed, I had my dress on from the previous night and I never go to sleep with what I’m wearing. I always prepare myself first to go to sleep,’ said Jane Doe.

‘So I had the dress and it was up on my neck and I felt very wet and slippery. There was lubricant all over my bed and on my legs. Everything was tossed in my bed. There was a condom wrapper and a closed one not used.’

She then added: ‘That was just shocking to see all that, almost like I didn’t want to believe it.’
