EVENT RECAP: FLAMINGO LAS VEGAS’ GO POOL DAYCLUB CELEBRATES INDEPENDENCE DAY WEEKEND WITH LIVE PERFORMANCES BY ALLY BROOKE AND SISQO [PHOTOS]

As fireworks were going off this 4^thof July weekend, Flamingo Las Vegas’ GO Pool Dayclub hosted explosive performances from Ally Brooke of Fifth Harmony on Saturday, July 6 and Sisqo on Sunday, July 7. In town celebrating her 26^thbirthday with family and friends, Ally Brooke treated fans to an energetic performance of her smash hit “Low Key,” her new single, “Lips Don’t Lie,” and a medley of songs from fellow native Texan Selena, who inspired her to pursue a career in entertainment. Following her performance, the Fifth Harmony star was surprised on stage by GO Pool cocktail waitresses who spelled out her name in giant letters and presented her with a lip-shaped birthday cake, inspired by her new song.

Sisqo electrified the GO Pool stage, where he performed a high-energy set of fan-favorite hits including “Incomplete” and “Thong Song,” which received a standing ovation from Independence Day weekend revelers.

ALLY BROOKE

Ally Brooke came to stardom in the ultimate girl group, Fifth Harmony, but has recently stepped into the spotlight as a solo artist, who is taking the world by storm. She joined ASAP Ferg in 2017 to collaborate on the Lost Kings song “Look at Us Now.” In 2019, she released the single, “Low Key” featuring Tyga, which will be included on her upcoming debut album slated for release later this year.

SISQO

The R&B singer and songwriter Sisqo began his music career as the lead singer of ’90s R&B group Dru Hill. After releasing his debut solo album “Unleash the Dragon,” Sisqo became a household name, dropping two of his major hits in 2000: “Thong Song” and “Incomplete.” In 2015, Sisqo released his third solo album, “Last Dragon.”
