Fruits are obviously a great source of vitamins, nutrients and minerals but did you know that blending them in certain combinations would make them even healthier.

So, let us tell you about a few health juices which not only taste great but are also very healthy at the same time. Check this list for more ideas:

  1. Go Green

You should start your day with green juice to freshen up your body for the day’s struggle. The ingredients which you can choose here are:

  • Freshly Chopped Kale- 2 bowls
  • Freshly sliced green Apples- 2 Apples
  • Finely chopped Cucumber-1 big cucumber (with or without seeds)
  • Green Grapes- A bunch of green grapes
  • A spoon of squeezed Lemon- 2 spoons of lemon juice

Put all these ingredients in a blender and puree them to a fine texture. You can modulate the thickness as per your needs by adding required quantity of water.

  1. One for The Skin

You know how good fruits and vegetables are for your skin too. So, why not bring an extra glow with them.

All you need to do is put all these ingredients in the juicer and blend them to water.

  1. One to Evade Aging

This one is going to become your favorite for its very quality which helps you fight certain aging factors.

To make this juice, you need:

  • Cabbage- half
  • Carrots—2
  • Amla (Indian Gooseberry)- 5-6
  • Ginger- 1 inch

Put all of them together and blend them well.

Here, cabbage helps you fight aging symptoms, like wrinkles and fine lines and how well all of us know the benefits of Amla for skin and hair.

Having a glass of it, every morning protects from sun burn too. All in all, it is a great drink which you must have in the morning.

  • Blueberries- 2 cups
  • Blackberries- 1 cup
  • Cherries- half cup
  • Grapes (green and red)- 2 cups
  • Strawberries- 5

Blend all of them together to a fine paste and add milk or cream to it. This is absolutely ready to serve with no need to add an additional pinch of sugar to it. This is a perfect meal for your breakfast with good quantity of sugar in it. The amazing ingredients are definitely going to give you a burst of flavors into your mouth.

  1. Carrot orange juice

This is one simple and very healthy juice for both your body and skin. All you need is two fully ripe oranges and 2 carrots. Extract orange juice and add it to carrot juice. You can also add basil to it. It will add to the nutrient value of this health potion.

  1. One for healthy hair

Who does not like black shiny volume of hair? We all do. What if we take a step forward to add to it by combining some certain ingredients?


  • Cucumbers-2
  • Carrots-2
  • Tomato-1
  • Amla (Indian Gooseberry)- 5

The minerals present in cucumber help in hair growth by enhancing the rate of blood circulation. The combination of cucumber with carrots strengthens hair compounds and prevent hair fall and Amla is a good remedy to prevent premature greying of hair.

  1. Last- the energizer

This is perfect evening drink. You can have it even after the workout to make up for all the lost energy. It’s a fulfilling meal in itself full of vitamins and minerals.


  • Almonds
  • Kiwi
  • Milk
  • Oats
  • Walnuts
  • Apple
