The Ferrari was seized by the council after its owner illegally parked it near luxury goods store Harrods in Knightsbridge, west London. The owner was also fined £130 for the offence of ‘parking in a restricted street during prescribed hours’ by enforcement officers working for Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council. The supercar has been sighted in Cannes, Paris and, most recently, Monaco over the last few weeks according to Auto Gespot , a luxury car spotting site. Ferrari claims that the 812 Superfast, which launched in 2017, has a top speed of 211 mph with a 0–62 mph acceleration time of 2.9 seconds. The 812 Superfast is the first Ferrari equipped with electronic power steering.
