How do artists stay at the top of the billboard charts when music is constantly coming from every vertical? By attending a luxury writing camp. This past week artists, Kesha, Mollie King, and James Newman, along with other curated musicians took a private jet from London to the South of France, stayed in private villas, and recorded in a custom studio on a $50 million yacht. The group was hosted by the Invitational Group, and sponsored by luxury brand CROSS fine writing instruments.

While in Antibes, France, the group collaborated with each other in the custom built CROSS studio and creative lounge aboard the Bliss Yacht. The spark that inspires a passion or idea all starts with putting pen to paper, and the artists were excited and inspired to be in the studio. Mollie King, from the UK girl group the Saturdays, worked on her debut solo album, and Kesha got back to her roots with writing and recording.
Continuing the fun, the group celebrated James Newman’s 30th birthday on Friday. With his new success of the Rudimental Album being #1 in the UK, the party was nothing less than a celebration!
CROSS has always championed the pursuit of greatness, and supporting these amazing artists while making their mark was the perfect pairing. Fans should get ready to hear new music from all that attended in the next year, and look out for James Newman’s new song with Ed Sheeran- which is sure to be a hit!

CROSS has always championed the pursuit of greatness. From the spark that inspires a passion. To the hard work and creativity needed to make it happen. It takes courage and a lot of heart, but those who take this path are the ones who make their mark on this world.
The story of the CROSS brand begins in 1846 when artisan Richard Cross, in partnership with his son Alonzo Townsend Cross revolutionized fine writing instruments. Their early mark of entrepreneurial excellence included tools refined through more than 100 patents and accented by the spoils of the California gold rush. Still positioned to set the bar for what it means to symbolize achievement, human potential and usable luxury, CROSS seeks to provide those possessing extraordinary vision and a strong entrepreneurial spirit with the tools needed to make their mark.
