Energizing the streets with his blunt-force trap, Memphis rapper Key Glock is quickly climbing the ladder to stardom. Described by The FADER as “Memphis’s best new lyricist” in their recent Gen F feature on the rapper, Glock struts his stuff on “Big Body Benz,” his latest video single. Deploying a thunderous flow above distorted keys and booming 808s, Glock crafts a trunk-rattling flexer’s anthem: “All these bitches love me my song in they caption/I’m a bachelor (yeah) and a bastard.” In the video, Glock relaxes in a white Mercedes AMG GLC Coupe (move over G-Wagon), showing off his ice and rolling Backwoods blunts. “Big Body Benz” is the latest glimpse at Glockoma, Glock’s upcoming album due later this Summer. Enjoy this video stream below after the jump and please share this with friends.
A 15-track dose of no-bullshit street music with no features, Key Glock shoulders the load with an uncommon toughness and a palpable swagger on Glock Bond, released earlier in 2018. Featuring production from Tay Keith, Sosa 808, Teddy Walton, Ramy On The Beat, and DJ Squeeky, Glock Bond is a worthy follow-up to 2017’s , which has over 6 million combined streams on Spotify. Released by Young Dolph‘s Paper Route Empire and distributed by EMPIRE, Glock Bond establishes Key Glock as one of the South’s rising stars, capable of turning a head-nodding street story into a surprise hit through sheer force of charisma. Earlier this month, The FADER called Key Glock one of 12 Artists to Fall In Love With This Summer. Last month, the 20-year-old emcee brought the house down at Rolling Loud 2018 with a set of new and old tracks.
