BREAKING NEWS :Tay- K's Co Defendant Agrees To Testify Against Him For Less Time!!

Mon Aug 27 , 2018
Prosecutors will now waive the capital murder charge against Ariana Bharrat, which allows the 22-year-old woman to plead guilty to aggravated robbery in exchange for a 25-year prison sentence, the Star-Telegram reported on Aug. 23. Prosecutors had previously struck a similar deal with another suspect, Megan Holt. Like Bharrat, if Holt testifies truthfully against Tay-K and her co-defendants, which include Sean Robinson and Jalen Bell, she will be allowed to plead guilty to aggravated robbery in exchange for a 20-year prison sentence.Tay-K, real name Taymore McIntyre, was one of the three juveniles and four adults arrested for a deadly home invasion in July 2016 in Mansfield, Texas. The young rapper became infamous when he and a second juvenile suspect cut off their ankle monitors and fled while awaiting their certification hearings. He then released the hit single "The Race" inspired by his experience of fleeing police. While on the run, police also accused Tay-K of robbing, shooting and killing 23-year-old Mark Saldivar at a Chick-Fil-A in San Antonio, Texas. The Saldivar family later brought a wrongful death lawsuit against the rapper. ********************************************************************* The Latest Hip Hop News, Viral Headlines, And Breaking stories.
