Growing up in Tunica, Mississippi, Start 2 Finish Music Group artist Kronic had a journey that was filled with more adversity than most ever experience over the course of their entire life. Embattled with poverty, Tunica was was so dire in the late 1980’s Rev. Jesse Jackson labeled it America’s Zimbabwe because of living conditions comparable to third world ghettos in Africa. It’s hard enough to live in a city plagued with economic issues, but it got worse for Kronic when he had to face losing his best friend and mother much too soon. Enjoy this audio stream below after the jump.
