Lil Dicky has released a teaser clip for his upcoming “short film” for “Pillow Talking” off his chart-topping debut album ‘Professional Rapper.’ The official video will be coming April 12th around 10:00am PT/1:00pm ET. Enjoy this video stream below after the jump.

Clocking in at over eleven minutes, it’s more of a cinematic experience than a music video, one that needs to be seen to be believed. What starts off as a polite conversation between Lil Dicky and his one night stand, ends up evolving into a hilarious – and yet deeply existential – debate concerning the existence of aliens and God (played by John C. Reilly), the extinction of the dinosaurs (with animation from the same team that did the last Jurassic Park film), and the morality of carnivores. Not to mention, a fully animated representation of Lil Dicky’s brain (Brain is also the featured artist on the track).

Lil Dicky’s most notable music video to date is for “$ave Dat Money” featuring Fetty Wap and Rich Homie Quan. The video showcases the Philly-native going door-to-door in Los Angeles to film the typical “ballin’” rap video for ZERO money. The video includes cameos from Fetty Wap, Rich Homie Quan, Tom Petty, Sarah Silverman, T-Pain, Kevin Durant, Hannibal Buress, Mark Cuban, and Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer from Broad City.

Lil Dicky became a breakout viral sensation in 2015 with his debut album ‘Professional Rapper’, which was the #1 Rap Album, #1 Comedy Album (for the entire year following its release), #1 Independent Album, and #1 Digital Album on the Billboard charts, and #1 album overall on iTunes, as well as top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart. Since then, Lil Dicky has scored a RIAA certified platinum hit with “$ave Dat Money” (which was also used in an Old Navy commercial starring Elizabeth Banks), been featured in a commercial for Trojan condoms, starred in promotional videos for Madden 17 alongside NFL stars Rob Gronkowski, Von Miller and Antonio Brown (watch HEREand HERE), won several awards, was named “the Jerry Seinfeld of rap” by Newsweek, graced the cover of XXL as part of their Freshman Class 2016, and inked a deal with Scooter Braun, among many other impressive accomplishments.
