Meghan Markle is celebrating the power of women. On Thursday, the Duchess of Sussex stepped out for Variety’s 2023 Power of Women event and gave a rare red carpet interview where she gushed about being back in the entertainment industry to the outlet. “I’m just thrilled to be back in it and to be able to sit in this room, be in such good company tonight, and also to focus so much on how it’s the cross roads of entertainment meeting philanthropy,” she said. During the candid conversation, she also reacted to the resurgence of success her USA show, “Suits” has had on Netflix. “It’s hard to find a show you can binge-watch that many episodes of these days, so that could have something to do with it. But good shows are everlasting,” she said. Meghan also revealed that her husband, Prince Harry is enjoying the work they are doing now too, following their decision to step back from their roles as working senior members of the royal family in 2020. She teased the upcoming projects the couple have in store. Meghan stunned at the event in a tan one shoulder dress as she attended the night without the Duke of Sussex or their two kids, 4-year-old Archie, and 2-year-old Lili. According to People, the 42-year-old told reporters that her favorite holiday tradition with her family is that her “little ones are enjoying every minute of it.”
