Netflix’s Impact in Korea

How do you measure the power of film and television? We asked the same question. So we partnered with Deloitte to measure our impact. Deloitte’s study found that Netflix has contributed nearly $5 billion to South Korea’s economy. Turns out creating content like “Squid Game,” “Kingdom” and “Sweet Home” creates ripple effects felt in industries like TV and movie productions, book publishing, tourism, food and more.
