“Normal People” breakout star and Emmy nominee Paul Mescal reveals he’s made a new acting friend in Hugh Jackman via email after the former Wolverine discovered the hulu series.
Though the two won’t be able to see meet at the ceremony in person, Mescal explains he and Jackman congratulated each other through another nice email exchange. “He sent a gorgeous email again when we were nominated,” Mescal says. “I think the only disappointment is that I won’t get to see him at the ceremony. I just hope there’s some kind of Zoom [waiting room] and I could talk to him there.”
