Olivia O’Brien, the Cali-based singer and song-writer named by Paper Magazine as one of “100 Women Revolutionizing Pop Music,” releases the stunning new visuals for her buzzed about new song “I Don’t Exist.” The message in the song and Andrew Sandler produced visuals tackle the heavy but relatable subject of feeling isolated and vulnerable even when surrounded by people.  The track serves as the second song from an exciting series of new music that has arrived from Olivia this fall via Island Records. “I Don’t Exist” follows up Olivia’s recent single, “UDK” lauded by Harper’s Bazaar. Enjoy this audio stream below after the jump and please share this with friends.

After gaining massive success with the release of “i hate u i love u,” her RIAA triple-platinum, self-composed smash collaboration with gnash, Olivia set out to prove that she is indeed a rising pop star to be reckoned with.
Raised in Napa Valley, Olivia O’Brien has been singing and writing songs since she was seven years old and taught herself to play both guitar and piano.  She began posting her originals on SoundCloud for fun, not thinking anything would come of it, until gnash reached out on Twitter in 2015, after hearing her cover one of his songs. When he asked her if she had any original material, Olivia sent him a voice-note of the beginnings of “i hate u i love u,” (first titled “hate u love u”) which she wrote in her bedroom when she was 15.  He invited her down to L.A. to record.  “i hate u i love u” has been a global phenom since 2015.  It became a Top 5 hit in the U.S. where it is certified RIAA triple-platinum, #1 in Australia (double-platinum), Top 10 UK (platinum), and Top 5 on iTunes in more than 50 markets.Olivia’s original “hate u love u” was released on Island in 2016, and she was named “one of 2016’ s break-out pop stars” by Idolator, a “pop star in the making” (Nylon), who “just may be starting the next generation of cathartic Taylor Swift-esque anthems wrapped in the sweet vocals of Lorde and maturity of Lana” (V magazine).  In addition to “i hate u i love u,” Olivia’s prolific string of singles include “Trust Issues,” “Find What You’re Looking For,” “Root Beer Float” (featuring blackbear); and her original version of “hate u love u.”  Her 5-song debut EP, IT’S NOT THAT DEEP (November 2017) contains her singles “Empty,” “RIP” and “No Love,” plus two previously unreleased new tracks, “Tequilawine” and “Fuck Feelings.”

Following the June 2018 release of “RIP (Remix)” featuring G-Eazy & Drew Love, Olivia kicked off an exciting series of new music with the arrival of “UDK.” Olivia, lauded by outlets such as NYLONCoveteurOnes to Watch, V Magazine, Idolator, and more, continues to write and record new songs with the goal of “creating music that people can identify with and enjoy. I’m looking forward to releasing more music and showing who I am as an artist and songwriter.”
