Oprah puts Breonna Taylor on cover of her magazine in historic move

For the first time in 20 years, Oprah Winfrey has given up her O Magazine cover to honor Breonna Taylor.

The historic move comes as 139 days have gone by and the police officers involved in Taylor`s death, Louisville Metro Police Department officers Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove, still have not been charged or arrested.
