Police officer shoots Daniel Hambrick in the back as he flees

Daniel Hambrick, 25, was caught on camera running away from officer Andrew Delke, also 25, when he was fatally shot in Nashville after he fled from a traffic stop on July 26 while allegedly carrying a gun. CCTV from a nearby school shows Hambrick up to 40 yards away and facing away from Delke fires four times, with three of those bullets striking Hambrick. Delke claims Hambrick was armed and police said a gun (bottom left) was close to the scene though it is not possible to tell from the footage if Hambrick was holding a weapon when he was shot. Hambrick’s family are now calling for Delke to be fired and charged with murder, while the Nashville Fraternal Order of Police say they are confident investigators will find Delke was justified in opening fire.

David Tonnes quizzed by cops after wife is found dead in bathtub

Sun Sep 30 , 2018
Police slammed a man charged with his wife's murder for 'fake crying' and his 'hogwash' account of how the 39-year-old died in newly released interview recordings. David Tonnes, 50, was indicted on a first degree murder charge after he called police to his Orlando home in April, claiming he had found his wife of only a year, Shanti Cooper-Tronnes, dead in a half-full bathtub. During his interview with police, he suggested his wife slipped and fell while trying to get in the bath - though an autopsy showed she had died of strangulation and blunt-force trauma to the head.  Original Article: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6217185/Cops-blast-husbands-claims-wife-dead-bathtub-slipped-home.html Original Video: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/news/video-1771562/Video-Husband-quizzed-cops-wife-dead-bathtub.html Daily Mail Facebook: http://facebook.com/dailymail Daily Mail IG: http://instagram.com/dailymail Daily Mail Snap: https://www.snapchat.com/discover/Daily-Mail/8392137033 Daily Mail Twitter: http://twitter.com/MailOnline Daily Mail Pinterest: http://pinterest.co.uk/dailymail Daily Mail Google+: https://plus.google.com/+DailyMail Get the free Daily Mail mobile app: http://dailymail.co.uk/mobile
