Former president of the NAACP chapter in Spokane, Washington, Rachel Dolezal resigned in controversy after it was alleged she had lied about being African-American. Now she’s written a book, “In Full Color: Finding My Place in a Black and White World,” which she tells TODAY is meant to advance the national conversation about race and identity.
