‘Stable genius’ Donald Trump comments on expected UK protests – Daily Mail

President Donald Trump’s claim to have wrung billions in additional commitments for defense contributions from European leaders is already being undercut by NATO leaders and members nations. The president told reporters in Belgium that he has ‘no problem’ with NATO now that member nations have agreed to spend at least $33 billion more on their collective defense. French president Emmanuel Macron indicated there was no commitment beyond current pledge to spend 2 per cent of GDP. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg refused repeated efforts to pin him down on a specific new deal following Trump’s claim.
