Girl…have had the same things going on all my life…menopause was kind of a breeze for me..thank u Jesus…hang in there..the up/down feelings do subside..I am now 72yrs old and becoming a ole chilled grt grandma…life is waaaaaay to short to be a nervous wreck all the time…God Bless u… u so rock…proud mary for reals!!!!!
