“All Rise” star Simone Missick discusses her character Lola’s surprise pregnancy and what’s in store with her relationship with husband, Robin. “What we get to see is Lola, obviously, trying to manage being a judge and doing her job and this huge transformation – this awakening that’s happening in her life.” She adds, “We discussed Lola didn’t think she could get pregnant, so part of that moment when she’s telling her husband, ‘You’re going to be a father’ is everything that happened that the audience saw with the police, to her own fear, to the joy, and her emotions. So, we are going to get to see her explore those throughout the season. And then the funny things that happen to women when they’re pregnant, the memory loss, the back pain, the craving all those good things.” Will fans get to see more of Robin Taylor? “Yes and thank God,” responds Missick. “There will definitely be more Robin. He will be there to change diapers, and do all the things that Lola isn’t going to be able to do.”
