Barry Switzer recruited Troy Aikman to play for him at Oklahoma. He gladly accepted, but after a major injury and an offensive scheme that didn’t fit his arm, he headed to UCLA. After getting drafted first overall by the Cowboys and winning a couple Super Bowls with Jimmy Johnson, Jerry Jones decided Dallas needed a new coach. Enter Barry Switzer, who Aikman didn’t totally see eye-to-eye with. They won a Super Bowl together, but had major issues the whole time. Thankfully, Skip Bayless was around and wrote a book which chronicled their beef.
