Judge Brett Kavanaugh was sworn in as the 114th Supreme Court Justice late Saturday after a 50-48 vote in the Senate. President Donald Trump celebrated the victory during a rally in Kansas as detonators made their voices heard in Washington, D.C. NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for Sunday TODAY from the White House.
