Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and producer TY DOLLA $IGN has announced that his long-awaited new album, BEACH HOUSE 3, will arrive everywhere October 27th via Atlantic Records. Fans who pre-order the album will receive an instant download of “Dawsin’s Breek” feat. Jeremih and “Message in a Bottle,” as well as previously released songs “Love U Better feat. BEACH HOUSE 3 has been featured in several fall previews including Entertainment Weekly, Billboard and The Los Angeles Times, who credited Ty for helping “redefine L.A. radio with melodic hooks and his lush, hedonistic blend of R&B and rap.”

BEACH HOUSE 3 is the follow-up to the California bred superstar’s critically acclaimed debut album FREE TC. The album – which was released in November of 2015 – positioned him as one of music’s heavy hitters with several hit singles including the RIAA platinum certified “Blasé feat. Future & Rae Sremmurd,” the gold certified “Saved feat. E-40” and the gold certified “Wavy feat. Joe Moses.” The album earned widespread recognition from The New York Times, Rolling Stone, TIME, NPR and more, all of which proclaimed the album to be amongst the top projects of 2015.

Ty remains one of today’s top artists with Spotify ranking him as the 25th most streamed artist in the United States thanks to his platinum certified “Paranoid feat. B.o.B,” 3x platinum “Or Nah feat The Weeknd, Wiz Khalifa and DJ Mustard” and 2x platinum “Sucker For Pain with Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons, Logic feat.
