BIOGRAPHY ON VERONICA VEGA

Born in the melting pot that is Miami, Florida, and raised in a bilingual, bi-cultural household by immigrant parents, Vega was introduced to an array of Latin sounds including salsa, merengue, cumbia and Spanish ballads at a very young age. As a teenager Vega was influenced by the 305’s rich blend of cultures and musical genres including, reggae, favela funk, pop, hip-hop, soul, batucada and, inescapably, Miami base music.

Vega became a local chanteuse on the Miami scene performing at local talent showcases, festivals, and nightclubs While showcasing at one of the local nightclubs, Vega ran into a familiar face, famed music producer Polow Da Don and arranged to come to LA to meet with him about her music.

Vega is serious about her craft and excelling in every way she can gracefully and organically marrying genres in a way that is fresh and new.

Ultimately, the Vega brand is based on lifestyle, culture, and family through the harmonies of her music as she moves to the beat of her own drum. While becoming a leader of the next generation and breathing new life into the ever-evolving entertainment industry, Vega’s impact will prove to be well worth the wait as her story continues to unfold in 2019.
