What It’s Like Being The Only Black Athlete On Your Team | WHO’S INTERVIEWING WHO?

While the majority of the athletes in the NFL and NBA are Black, there aren’t nearly as many people of color competing at in hockey, fencing, or golf at the highest levels. In this episode of #WhosInterviewingWho, we got Olympic fencer Ibtihaj Muhammad, former NHL pro Akim Aliu, and pro golfer Chris Clark together to discuss their experiences as some of the few Black athletes working to perfect their craft while navigating traditionally white spaces. They discuss the pressure to conform, confronting racism in the clubhouse, what it takes to create more inclusive environments for future generations and more.
