There’s no denying that Saweetie knows how to create a bop. Her single “My Type” was the summer anthem last year and definitely took her career to the next level. But, with her latest track, “Tap In,” fans are feeling a bit of déjà vu … and that may not be a good thing.

Saweetie’s “Tap In” is certainly giving us nostalgia — an early 2000s steez to be exact. But, just like “My Type,” the song uses a sample and fans are starting to think maybe the self-professed Icy Girl is a one trick pony.
