YouTube’s “Will Smith: The Jump” Will Raise Proceeds To Benefit Global Citizen’s Education Campaigns #WillSmithTheJump [Video]

By Jack Barnes

Beginning today, fans can enter to win a once-in-a-lifetime chance to witness — in person — Will Smith bungee jump out of a helicopter over the Grand Canyon as part of the special Will Smith: The Jump. Enjoy this video stream below after the jump and please share this with friends.

All fans will be able to watch the special LIVE on Will’s YouTube channel on his 50th birthday this September 25th — all to raise awareness and donations for international advocacy organization Global Citizen’s education campaigns.

A $10 donation through (official sweepstakes rules and other terms apply) provides fans with the chance to win this experience and support a great cause. Donation proceeds will benefit Global Citizen’s advocacy work on education and allow them to support Education Cannot Wait, a fund to bring education to kids in emergencies. The grand prize experience for one lucky winner and their guest includes:

●            Hang with Will and his family to celebrate his 50th birthday and his successful heli-bungee jump

●            Strike a pose with Will for the birthday photo

●            FaceTime a friend while you hang with Will

●            Get flown out and put up in a hotel

Will believes that every child should have access to the transformative power of an education, which provides the chance to thrive, live and succeed. Through the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation he has chosen to partner with GlobalCitizen to support their ongoing advocacy work on education that allows them to support Education Cannot Wait, a global initiative that provides 75 million children in crisis-affected areas access to education.

In March of 2018, YouTube creators (and lifelong fans of Will) Yes Theory challenged Will to bungee jump from a helicopter. Watch the challenge here. Will boldly decided to face his fears and accepted the challenge, under the condition thejump is done for charity.

Fans who want to watch the big jump — and Will’s birthday celebration — can do so by heading to Will’s YouTube channel to watch LIVE on September 25th, 2018. Exact timing will be released at a later date.

Westbrook Entertainment will produce the live stream in conjunction with Fly On The Wall Entertainment. Fly On The Wall Entertainment also produced YouTube Original Katy Perry: Witness World Wide, the 96-hour livestream on Katy’sYouTube channel, in addition to the series Big Brother.

Aerial footage shows crushed remains of car after Westminster attack - Daily Mail

Robert Nicholson was cycling next to the Houses of Parliament today when the car crashed into security barriers after driving into a group of cyclists. Video footage (above) showed paramedics attending to the injured cyclists next to Parliament Square following the smash that saw the area put into lockdown. But Mr Nicholson told Sky News he did not feel shaken by what happened, saying: 'Being English, you have a cup of tea and a biscuit and you carry on.' He said: 'To be honest, I thought it was something like a car accident, he got lost, scared, maybe he was being chased by the police or something.' At that moment, Mr Nicholson 'jumped off my bike and ran after him' because he thought the driver 'was going to stop very shortly afterwards'. But the driver carried on, and Mr Nicholson said: 'When the armed police yelled 'clear out, get out the way', I realised it was a bit more serious.'
